Where we buy
We're based in Chester. Right now we visit homes within about 30 miles of Chester, and selected homes up to about 40 miles away. We mostly buy single-family homes that the owner lives in.
Places we visit now include
- Chester and Chesterfield County
- Richmond
- Henrico County
- Petersburg and Colonial Heights
- Hopewell and Prince George County
- Dinwiddie County
- Powhatan County
These are examples, not a complete list. Some homes a little farther out, up to about 40 miles, we can visit too.
Elsewhere in Virginia, we consider homes case by case. Send the address and we'll tell you plainly whether we can consider it, and how a visit would work.
Not sure if we buy where you are?
Send the address anyway. We'll tell you plainly whether it's a house we can consider.
