Received a postcard from us?
It came from Virginia Buys, a small real estate investment business based in Chester. We buy houses directly from homeowners, and we'd be glad to hear from you if you'd consider selling.
Why you received it
We send postcards to homeowners in areas where we'd like to buy houses. The postcard asks a simple question: would you consider selling? If the answer is no, you don't need to do anything.
If you'd like to talk
Start with the address at the top of this page, or contact us the way you prefer. Someone from our team will talk with you about the house and what you have in mind. If it's a fit, we may arrange a visit and send a written proposal. You're never obligated to accept it.
Rather not get our mail?
Use our mail removal form and we'll stop sending postcards to that address. You can also ask us to stop calls, texts or emails.
